Issues each lot has faced!!
Lot 95 10/17/04 finally had a dead tree replaced after it had started dying in the month of June. The landscaper pulled the tree out to discover that the roots were all bound up and the tree was dying a slow death. Mold issue in bathrooms: Lot 95 had to have the Richmond American Homes (RAH) service guy come out and ensure that the area was treated for mold. Owner had to insist to Customer Service Rep Jeff Coball that they replace the greenboard under the tile with a cement board product. Greenboard has a 4 yr warranty. Cement board has a 15 yr warranty.
Lot 96, 01 Sept 2004, was given a load of grief over his installation of a storage shed. The management company made the owner submit which type of plants he was using and came out to inspect it.
Lot 164, Mid September, had raw sewage seeping through their driveway, Richmond American took 1 week to get it fixed.
5 Lots had their lawn replaced as they were not watered by builder for a week prior to closing.
